Overview

The Supra Transaction Management dashboard is your central hub for managing deals, clients, team members, connections, properties, and settings. It offers an intuitive interface with a sidebar for easy navigation and quick access to alerts, profiles, and support resources.

Steps to Navigate the Dashboard

  1. Access the Dashboard: Log in at app.transactions.suprasystems.com. The dashboard displays an overview of your deals, clients, team members, and connections.
  2. Profile Management: Click your profile name or logo in the top left to access a dropdown. From here, switch profiles, adjust Settings, or Logout.
  3. Alerts: Click the Alert Bell to view and manage notifications. Use View History to see past alerts, Mark All as Read to clear notifications, or click the open icon to jump to a specific task.
  4. Deals Tab: Select Deals from the sidebar to view all deals, organized into categories like Shared. Click a category to see detailed deal information in a dropdown.
  5. Clients Tab: Click Clients to view client details, organized by categories (e.g., Invited). Select a client card for more information, including shared deals.
  6. Team Tab: Navigate to Team to manage team members (e.g., showing agents, photographers). Use the Add to Team button to invite members by entering their email, display name, role, and an optional message.
  7. Connections Tab: Go to Connections to view or add external collaborators (e.g., listing agents). Add connections similarly to team members using the Add Connection button.
  8. Properties Tab: Access Properties to see a list of properties you’ve interacted with. Click a property card for additional details, such as the address and an interactive map.
  9. Settings Tab: Click Settings to update your profile, legal information, subscription, or alert preferences.
  10. Get Help: In the bottom left, click Get Help to search for support articles or contact a live support agent via the Leave a Message option.

 

Tips

  • Use the sidebar for quick navigation between tabs.
  • Dropdown menus in Deals and Clients are mobile-friendly for easy access on the go.
  • Regularly check the Alert Bell to stay updated on new activities.

Troubleshooting

  • Can’t find a deal or client? Ensure you’ve selected the correct category (e.g., Shared or Invited).
  • Not receiving alerts? Check your alert preferences in the Settings tab.
  • Need help? Use the Get Help button to access support articles or contact an agent.
