- In-App Messaging: Allows agents, clients, and team members to communicate directly within the Supra app, keeping all deal-related conversations organized.
- Activity: Provides notifications for key deal events, such as accepted invites, signed forms, and offer updates, accessible via the Activity Bell.
Using In-App Messaging
In-App Messaging lets you send and receive messages to stay aligned with clients and team members. Follow these steps to send a message:
Sending a Message as an Agent
- Log in to app.transactions.suprasystems.com.
- Click Clients in the left-hand menu.
- Locate the desired client and click the 3-dot Action Menu next to their name.
- Select View to access the client’s details.
- Click Messages in the client’s profile.
- Type your message in the text box at the bottom and click Send.
Viewing and Replying as a Client
- As a client (e.g., a seller), navigate to the Connections menu.
- Locate the agent’s message (e.g., about reviewing offers in a deal).
- Click the Messages tab to view the message.
- Type your reply in the text box at the bottom and click Send.
- Messages will appear in the conversation thread for easy tracking.

Using the Activity Feature
The Activity feature keeps you informed of important deal updates via the Activity Bell located in the top-right corner of the app. Notifications include:
- Client Accepts an Invite: When a client joins a deal.
- Team Member Accepts an Invite: When a team member joins a deal.
- Deal Invite Accepted: When any party accepts a deal invitation.
- New In-App Messages: When new messages are received.
- Forms Signed: When a form is signed by any party.
- Comments on a Form: When someone adds a comment to a form.
- Offer Actions: When a client wants to accept, reject, or counter an offer.
Accessing Activity Notifications
- Click the Activity Bell in the top-right corner of the app.
- Review the list of notifications to stay updated on deal progress.
- Click a notification to view details or take action (e.g., review a signed form or reply to a message).
