Note: Connections are considered third-party such as the other Broker on the deal, TCs, Lenders, Closing Agents, Inspectors, and Photographers that are not part of your team.
Adding a New Connection
- Initiate the Connection Process:
- Find and click on the "+" sign next to "My Connections" on your dashboard. This begins the process to add a new professional connection.
- Enter Contact Details:
- Type in the email address of the real estate professional you want to connect with.
- If they're new to Supra Transactions, provide them a display name for identification on the platform.
- Select the Appropriate Persona:Assign a persona that best describes the role of your new connection. The list of personas includes:
- Agent
- Transaction Coordinator
- Lender
- Title Sales Rep
- Closing Agent
- Closing Coordinator
- Inspector
- Photographer
- Insurance Agent
- Complete the Invitation:
- Click "Continue" to send the connection invitation. Your invitee will receive an email prompting them to connect with you on Supra Transactions.
Special Step for Transaction Coordinators:
When inviting a Transaction Coordinator, you have the option to grant them the ability to create deals on your behalf. This is particularly useful for agents who regularly work with a dedicated Transaction Coordinator for their deals.
- To enable this feature, simply tick the "Create Deals" checkbox before sending out the invitation. This will give the Transaction Coordinator the necessary permissions to manage deals for you.
This enhanced process ensures that your network on Supra Transactions is not only well-organized but also fully functional, tailored to your specific collaboration needs with various real estate professionals.
