Step 1: Select the Form

You need to select the form you want to upload a PDF for annotation. To do this, go to the Supra Transactions dashboard and click on the "Forms" tab on the left-hand side of the page. From the list of forms, select the one you want to annotate the PDF for by clicking on the form name.

Step 2: Access the PDF Annotation Tool

Once you are on the form detail page, you will see a menu bar at the top of the page. Click on the 3-dot menu icon on the top right of the page, and select "Annotate PDF" from the drop-down menu.

Step 3: Add Annotations to the PDF

The PDF tool bar will appear at the top of the page. To add text or ink, select the "Add Text or Ink" icon at the top right of the toolbar. You can then select the text or ink color and size, and start adding your annotations to the PDF.

Step 4: Save the Annotations

Once you have finished annotating the PDF, click on the "Save" button in the 3-dot menu icon on the top right of the page. This will save your annotations and allow you to view them later.
